Careline 365 are our preferred partner for Personal Alarms, sometimes known as “lifelines”.

The alarm unit is a digital service and plugs into any electric socket in the property. You will not need WiFi or a telephone line. The client will wear either a wristband on their arm or a pendant around their neck. Careline 365 offer a 24 hour service from their fully-manned call centre.  Should you feel unwell, or suffer a fall, help is at hand. The call centre will either contact a nominated key holder who lives within 45 minutes of your home, usually a family member, or they can call emergency services.
